Five Minute Bible Study: Episode 8: Hebrews 3:1-6

It's a few weeks since the last video I posted. Despite working from home, work has been extremely busy and it's been really hard to make time to record any videos, especially with the added possibility of my eight month old son screaming in the background whenever I do get a chance! Despite it's challenges, I do believe my relationship with God has strengthened and I have had the chance to read a lot more than usual. I recently bought a secondhand copy of The Works of Jonathan Edwards (two volumes, Banner of Truth) which I'm so excited about reading, but I know it's going to be a really tough read. The print is tiny too which makes it even tougher!

Most importantly, I have been able to read a lot more of the Scriptures than normal. Since lockdown I think I've read about two-thirds of the Bible and it really does help your understanding of the Word of God as a whole when you can read so much in a short time.

These videos are the result of going back over my notes from Bible Studies I have led in a small group with other young men. If they can just provide some small encouragement or teaching to anyone else I will be so glad.
